House with a Clock in its Walls

Working with Amblin Entertainment and director Eli Roth, Filmograph used hand drawn typography and custom character drawings as an homage to the great Edward Gorey, who created illustrations for the original book and source material. With whimsically sketched imperfection and a distinctly gothic style, we blended this analog approach with subtle, digital techniques to achieve richly detailed world full of undeniable charm.
